Our firm provides services to clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters, including legal consultations, legal advice, legal assistance, and any necessary legal actions before, during, and after court proceedings.
Our firm can also provide services in the form of oral and written legal advice as part ofassistance in reviewing legal documents, providing legal opinions, advice or legal counselcovering all provisions of positive law in force in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
To receivethese services, we can be appointed as Corporate Lawyer for the client’s company, or the client may choose to become a Regular Client or a Non-Regular Client (on a case-by-case basis) of our firm, in accordance with the agreement to become a Regular Client and/or a Non-Regular Client as referred to herein.
Acting as legal counsel for legal entities, companies, or individuals in handling criminal, civil, labor, or administrative law cases.
In criminal cases, we may be appointed as legal counsel to represent clients before relevant officials and/or authorities, including law enforcement, the public prosecutor’s office, and the courts.
In civil cases, we may be appointed as legal counsel to represent clients in matters involving all issues arising from their civil rights, such as claims for damages, torts, debts and credits, sales and purchases, leases, and bankruptcy.
Handling cases outside the court system through negotiation, formal notices, or one of the“Alternative Dispute Resolution”methods, including conciliation, mediation, and arbitration.
Our firm also provides legal services and assistance in reviewing the legal documents required by a legal entity or company, legal consultations, conducting legal due, as well as legal services and assistance regarding internal issues within the company, drafting agreements with employees and other parties—including agreements in the banking sector—and filing applications for trademarks, copyrights, and patents with the relevant agencies and/or authorized officials.
These services are preventive in nature and are intended to avoid problems and difficulties that could hinder the operation of the business and/or harm the Client’s interests in the future.

Assistance and support throughout all stages of the corporate merger or acquisition process.
Employment
Management of industrial relations, negotiations with employees, resolution of labor disputes, and licensing of foreign workers (TKA).
Land Acquisition or Expropriation
Handling of permits and land acquisition for construction, road infrastructure, and real estate projects.
Maritime Transport Law
Handling legal issues related to the maritime transport of goods and legal protection in cases of vessel detention
Taxation
Handling of tax disputes, including filing objections to tax liabilities and tax penalties.
Insurance
Handling legal matters related to claims and policies for general insurance and life insurance.
Banking
Handling various legal issues in the banking and financial sectors.
Intellectual Property Rights
Processing of applications for the registration and protection of intellectual property rights, such as patents and trademarks.
Immigration
Processing of immigration documents and applications for residence permits for foreign nationals in Indonesia.
Debt Collection
Handling issues of breach of contract and obstacles to the fulfillment of obligations between the parties to a contract.
Criminal Cases
Legal representation and assistance in cases involving General Criminal Offenses (Tipidum), Special Criminal Offenses (Tipidsus), and Specific Criminal Offenses (Tipiter).
Civil Cases
Resolution of civil disputes arising from legal relationships between legal entities in accordance with applicable positive law.
